Huahiné and the Threlfall Family: Memories of a Mediterranean Adventure

In early July 2025, the Threlfall family and their friends enjoyed a wonderful five-day cruise aboard Huahiné. The adventure began in the picturesque harbor of Villefranche-sur-Mer, where excitement was high as everyone gathered and boarded the boat, ready for a week of exploration and relaxation.

Sailing into the sparkling Mediterranean, the first night was spent anchored in the enchanting bay of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Guests enjoyed a waterside dinner and tranquil evening walks along the pine-lined coast, soaking up the serene and glamorous ambiance of the Riviera.

The following day, Huahiné sailed to the colorful seaside town of Menton. That evening, the group shared a lively meal at Pizzeria La Pecora Negra, famous for its flavorful, locally inspired pizzas and warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The cruise continued west to Cap d’Antibes, with a stop at the beautiful Plage Keller for the third night. Dinner with toes in the sand at Restaurant César offered fresh Mediterranean cuisine against a stunning sunset, with laughter echoing across the beach.

On the final day, the sailboat glided gently off Antibes. With the old town as a backdrop, the group dropped anchor and plunged into the deep blue sea for a long swim, enjoying the summer sun and warmth. Floating together in the clear waters, they closed this Mediterranean adventure in the most beautiful way.

Throughout the week, every stop offered shared meals, sunlit swims, and moments of togetherness. Sailing along the French Riviera on Huahiné turned these days on the water into lasting memories—a celebration of friendship, family, and the timeless beauty of the Mediterranean.
